I am often asked, why should we deal with B&W Insurance? What makes you different from all the other insurance agencies? My response to that is our promise that we give to all our commercial customers. When you entrust your business insurance to our agency, one of the owners will always be intimately involved in your account. There are only two owners, Jim Cote and Paul Barzd. We oversee all the commercial accounts that are written in the agency. This is a significant advantage that we have over the large brokerage houses or bank owned agencies. You always know who you are dealing with year in and year out. It is this consistency of service that separates us from our competitors.
